Prices are shown on each product page and include Japanese consumption tax.

Additional charges

Domestic shipping is ¥550, including tax, throughout Japan. Shipping is free on orders with a merchandise total of ¥5,000 or more, including tax. You can review the final amount at checkout before placing your order. Internet connection and data charges are your responsibility.

Payment methods and timing

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Payment is arranged when you place your order. The actual debit date depends on your card issuer or payment provider.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Different schedules for pre-orders or made-to-order products will be shown on the relevant product page.

Returns and exchanges

Food products cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. Unused apparel and accessories with tags attached may be returned if you contact us within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping for a change of mind is at your expense.

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a return, replacement, or other resolution at our expense. Contact us before returning any item so we can provide the return address and instructions. See our Refund Policy for details.
